How to open and close your clicker

Because gold is a soft metal, our clickers are built with a bit of extra resistance at the closure - on purpose, not a flaw. It's what keeps the piece securely shut. To close, gently push the bar inward until it clicks into place; a little resistance is normal. To open, gently pull it back apart at the hinge.

Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for cleaning jewelry with emerald or opal as high heat can damage these stones. For best results purchase a polishing cloth specifically made for jewelry.
