To keep your jewelry looking bright and free from residue, use a soft-headed brush with mild soap to gently clean the stones and metal, then rinse thoroughly with water. For best results, use a polishing cloth made specifically for jewelry.
Note: ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for emerald or opal stones, as high heat can damage them.
Sometimes gold can tarnish slightly — particularly on earrings and the inside of rings — depending on your skin chemistry. It's an easy fix: simply use a polishing cloth to remove any tarnish and restore the shine.
We highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size before ordering. We are responsible for sending the size you selected, but we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.
Yes — we offer custom-made pieces. Please note that custom orders are made per order, are final sale, and are not subject to returns or exchanges.
Solid gold means the entire piece is made from a gold alloy — not coated or plated over another metal. At Zahav, every piece is crafted in 10k, 14k, or 18k solid gold with no hidden base metal and no plating that can wear off. It's designed to last a lifetime.
