At Zahav Jewelry, we work to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays, processing time is separate from shipping transit time, and high-volume periods, promotions, or unforeseen delays may extend processing times.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, and other approved delivery partners. Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout when available. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, address verification issues, and high shipping volume.
International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally. International shipments are typically sent through USPS International services or other approved international carriers. Estimated international delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local postal systems, and carrier handoffs. International shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, local handling charges, and other destination-country fees. These charges are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated. Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or charges imposed by local authorities.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when applicable. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation. International tracking visibility may vary depending on destination and local carrier systems.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages. If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If your package appears lost in transit before confirmed delivery, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with a carrier investigation. Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery exceptions, stolen packages after confirmed delivery, or delays caused by customs or local postal systems.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs charges, and carrier handling fees. Any refund issued may be reduced accordingly.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or fulfillment logistics. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided where available.
