Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry looking new, bright, and free from body oil and cosmetic products which leaves residue behind, and could cause the stones to be enclosed in the dirt, take a soft-headed brush with some soap and gently brush the stones and metal after all the dirt is removed wash off all of the soap with water. Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for cleaning jewelry with emerald or opal as high heat can damage these stones. For best results purchase a polishing cloth specifically made for jewelry.
Solid gold won't fade or wear off like plated jewelry. Like all gold, it can pick up a light surface film from skin chemistry over time - a quick polish restores the shine. See our FAQ for more.

How long does processing take?

What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be returned within 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in its original gift box and condition.
Zahav Jewelry offers a limited warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase, covering verified manufacturing defects under normal intended use - such as faulty closures or mechanisms, defective stone settings, and structural manufacturing defects. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. If any changes have been made to the original item, we reserve the right to decline the return. Custom-made (made-per-order) pieces are final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges.
What is solid gold and how is it different from plated jewelry?
