At Zahav Jewelry, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged subject to the conditions below.

To qualify:

  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Approved items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including original packaging and gift box where applicable

Orders older than 180 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale unless defective or sent in error:

  • worn body jewelry
  • used piercings
  • opened items showing signs of wear
  • custom-made or made-to-order pieces
  • personalized items
  • clearance or final sale merchandise (if applicable)

Zahav Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the item has a verified manufacturing defect covered under warranty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. COD returns will not be accepted.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective, please contact us promptly at info@zahavjewelry.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims may be denied if reported unreasonably late.


6-Month Limited Warranty

Zahav Jewelry offers a 6-month limited warranty covering verified manufacturing defects under normal intended use. This warranty may include issues such as faulty closures or mechanisms, defective stone settings, and structural manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • scratches
  • bent jewelry due to misuse
  • accidental damage
  • improper handling
  • lost items
  • tarnishing caused by chemicals, improper care, or external exposure
  • modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Zahav Jewelry

Any alteration to the original item may void warranty eligibility. Warranty decisions are made at Zahav Jewelry's discretion following inspection.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is lost in transit before confirmed delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to help investigate the issue with the carrier. Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.


International Orders

We proudly ship internationally. International orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, though shipping carriers may vary. Estimated delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days. Please note that customs clearance delays are outside our control and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges. These charges are not included in your purchase price unless explicitly stated. Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays or fees.


International Returns

At this time, international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law.


Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, the customer is responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any carrier-imposed fees. Any refund issued will be reduced accordingly.
