3. Body Jewelry Disclaimer

Many Zahav Jewelry products are intended for body piercing use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that selected jewelry specifications are appropriate for their anatomy and that gauge, diameter, length, and fit are correct. Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for injury, discomfort, improper fit, allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities, or complications arising from misuse, improper insertion, poor aftercare, or use in healing piercings unless expressly recommended. If you are uncertain about sizing or compatibility, consult a qualified piercing professional before purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies. Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other approved payment methods. Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully authorized.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, inaccurate billing information, payment authorization issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only unless explicitly guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, address issues, or high-volume periods. 7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by our separate Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy. Because many products are body jewelry, hygiene-related restrictions may apply.
