How to insert your flat back

All Zahav flat backs are internally threaded: the flat disc that sits against your skin is threaded on the inside, so no exposed threading ever touches your piercing. The decorative top has a small threaded post on its back that screws into the disc. To insert, place the disc through your piercing from behind, then hold the top and turn it clockwise until it's snugly screwed in. Don't overtighten. To remove, hold the disc steady and turn the top counter-clockwise.

Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for cleaning jewelry with emerald or opal as high heat can damage these stones. For best results purchase a polishing cloth specifically made for jewelry.
