Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for cleaning jewelry with emerald or opal as high heat can damage these stones. For best results purchase a polishing cloth specifically made for jewelry.

For me and I do say for me, I don't like it at all. My nose is pierced on both sides. The first one took a min. or so to get in and I found the bottom piece doesn't go under the nose well. The 2d one I tried to put in, the stem to be too short to reach all the way through my nose hole. I also found that the nose rings bend very easily, at least the 2d ring did. The 2d nose ring bent all out of shape. I was very disappointed to say the least.
