To keep your jewelry looking new, bright, and free from body oil and cosmetic products which leaves residue behind, and could cause the stones to be enclosed in the dirt, take a soft-headed brush with some soap and gently brush the stones and metal after all the dirt is removed wash off all of the soap with water. Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for cleaning jewelry with emerald or opal as high heat can damage these stones. For best results purchase a polishing cloth specifically made for jewelry.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. If any changes have been made to the original item, we reserve the right to decline the return. Custom-made (made-per-order) pieces are final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges.
